What Is Psychotherapy?
Also called talk therapy, psychotherapy helps eliminate and control troubling behavior and symptoms. It is a client-centered intervention that aims at increasing the client’s awareness of his or her behavior and identifying the client’s goals in going to therapy.
Our psychotherapists lend their ears to our clients and build rapport with them so they can work together with our clients in optimizing their mental health. Our psychotherapists hold psychotherapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families.
Along with our supportive counseling and psychotherapy, we also do psychoeducation.
